Project Allenby/Connaught 

Allenby/Connaught is the £8-billion Services and Accommodation-rebuild project
for the garrisons around Salisbury Plain and in Aldershot. 
 

ASPIRE DEFENCE LIMITED 
was selected as the Provisional Preferred Bidder for Project Allenby/Connaught 
on 23 July 2003, with the start of the Project officially announced by 
the Under Secretary of State for Defence on 7th April 2006.

Service Provision to the Garrison began on 10th July 2006.
